The short race :This is a simple footrace of 3.5 km, followed by a mountain bike race of 25 km and the run through water.

The Testathlon is not an official competitive event, but rather a multisport  trial open to anyone over 18 years of age (or 14 years of age with parental authorization for the Short Testathlon) who holds a recent medical certificate( less than 4 months old) or a valid license to practice sports.

Since it is not an official event, anyone can take part on the condition that he/she strictly respects both the traffic regulations… and any pedestrians who might be encountered during the mountain bike phase.

No ranking of participants will be revealed.

Each participant will be given a number plate to wear and a bicycle license plate with that same number, which he/she will have to show when picking up  the bicycle, the helmet and if necessary, special shoes, in the bicycle parking lot following the  footrace. The bicycle parking lot (with a watchman ) will be accessible only to participants.

The paths to follow for the footrace, the  mountain bike race and the  water race will be clearly indicated by signs, and food and supplies will be available at all three sites.

For the mountain bike race, a helmet is obligatory !

Showers and lockers will be available at the nautical center. Bicycle washing facilities will be available upon arrival.
