Composed of 40 athletes (discover key elements!), this team is exceptional... Exceptional not only by the persons that it gathers (physicians, researchers, patients, industrial companies from all horizons) but also because it reaches far beyond the boundaries of sport by acting on the Foundation's behalf to support and cover a cause which affects nearly one person out of five in France.

Sports Ambassador of the Foundation, wearing the DigestScience jersey, the Team shares with thousands of patients, values such as courage, self-regard and determination to win.

A Steering Committee has been set up to coordinate the Team, members are Pierre Desreumaux (President of DigestScience), Xavier Lesage (Gastroenterologist in Armentières), Didier Soenen (DSO company), Cédric Vasseur (former cyclist and DigestScience sponsor) as well as 4 other Team members.

The Team will be officially presented by Cédric Vasseur within the framework of the “16th International Bike Exhibition” in La Bassée (January 24, 2010) where Jean-Pierre Papin will show on his boot, a new sports bike so-called "JPP."
